The pyrolyser is a powerful cleaning system which destroys food residues at high temperature. As very high temperatures are required by the Pyrolyser, the oven door is fitted with a safety lock. There are two pyrolytic cycles: (i) Eco Pyroclean - which cleans a moderately stained oven over a period of 65 minutes (ii) Super Pyroclean - which cleans a heavily stained oven over a period of 90 minutes Tip: carrying out pyrolytic cleaning immediately after cooking allows you the advantage of residual heat, thus saving energy Installation recommendation: regular 2.5mm cable but direct
With this feature, the oven has two grill positions: Grill - 2200W; Super Grill - 3000W
This function allows you to cook in a healthier way by reducing the amount of fat or oil required. Through the use of the grill and fan combined with a pulsating cycle of air, it will retain the moisture content of the food, grilling the surface and using a shorter cooking time without compromising the taste. It is particularly suitable for cooking meats, roasted vegetables and omelettes. The cycle of pulsed air keeps the humidity inside the oven and the moisture content of the food, preserving the nutritional value of foods and ensuring a rapid and uniform cooking process.
This function with hot air circulating in the oven ensures perfect results for dishes such as pizza and focaccia.

|Fan assisted grill
The top heating element is used with the fan circulating the air inside the oven. Preheating is necessary for red meats but not for white meats. Ideal for cooking thick foods, whole pieces such as roast pork and poultry, etc. Place the food to be grilled on a shelf placed mid-level and slide the drip tray underneath to collect the juices. Make sure that the food is not too close to the grill. Turn the food over halfway through cooking.
This function is to be used with the door closed. This function uses the top heating element on its own and the temperature can be adjusted. Five minutes pre-heating is required to get the elements red-hot. Success is guaranteed for grills, kebabs and gratin dishes. White meats should be put at a distance from the grill; the cooking time will be longer but the meat will be tastier. It is suggested to place red meats and fish fillets on the shelf with the drip tray underneath.
